Our approach to turnaround management
We look to conclude company acquisitions in less than 30 days and our restructuring plans are ready for presentation by the time the contracts have been finalized. Our 100-day turnaround program includes providing a suitable management team to optimize financial structures, safeguard financial solvency, and reduce debt burdens. Material profitability as well as process and portfolio optimization are also high on the agenda. During realignment, our managers develop new products, markets, and investments. Where appropriate, they also implement a buy-and-build strategy. If required, a first-class consultancy team can be brought in to assist the management by adding specific expertise or extra capacity to the project. Droege Capital is also able to procure additional capital in order to safeguard solvency or growth.
